Electric gates invite you to a long, sweeping driveway, lined with mature gardens and Imperial Palms, leading to an Italian fountain and several cascading water features. Enter this impressive villa via French floor to ceiling glass doors and enjoy the stunning indoor/outdoor living concept central courtyard, from where this exceptional property can be explored.

Traditional features blend tastefully with modern clear glass windows and doors along with quality contemporary style furniture. The newly upgraded fully equipped kitchen with bar stools serves the elegant air conditioned internal dining room, which opens up onto the beautiful and spacious pool deck and BBQ areas, which surround a stunning infinity pool, one of the largest on Royal Westmoreland. A substantial modern and yet comfortable living room with TV also takes you onto the large pool deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.

The oversized pool, with one of a kind dolphin mosaic features, helps set the scene for this luxurious tropical escape. The entry level floor also includes 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with private outdoor terrace.

The lower level includes an additional expansive guest apartment with its own entrance, large bedroom, open plan living area, ensuite bathroom and private dressing room.

A separate, well appointed, stylish and private one bedroom cottage, with its own secluded terrace, is located in the tropical gardens, which provides an air of tranquillity. All bedrooms are fitted with smart TV's with over six hundred channels including US & UK programmes.

The epitome of Caribbean luxury, the entire top floor accommodates an amazing and very private master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobes and an oversized terrace providing superb sea and luscious tropical garden views. In addition to the internal stairs, this impressive balcony and master bedroom suite can also be accessed via an external staircase leading from the magnificent pool and decking.

Guests also have the option of enjoying additional and separate amenities on the lower level, accessed either externally or from the lounge, these include a large cinema room with a hundred inch TV, well equipped gym and an adjacent games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, darts, and table football. There is also a bar/relaxation area situated on this level.

From the pool deck guests can take steps down to the gazebo surrounded by lush gardens, a perfect spot for late night drinks or just to relax with a book whilst enjoying the relaxing sounds of the Caribbean.

This impeccable and well equipped six bedroom holiday villa guarantees memorable holidays for large groups, families with children or families traveling together and can accommodate up to 12 adults. It is also ideal for those individuals desiring a private retreat.

All rentals include house keeping, laundress, chef/cook, property management, concierge and a full time gardener/handy man, and 24 hour resort security.

Mango Walk is also therefore within a few minutes walk or golf buggy drive to the club house with bar/restaurant and the member’s sanctuary with a large pool, full gym and informal bar/restaurant.
