Purple Rain is within walking distance (barefoot!) to some of the best West Coast restaurants, beach bars & the main bus network.

A completely immersive beachfront location, with 360 sea views from the master bedroom and master patio and an additional smaller guest bedroom on the ground level. The property is the first property at the far end of the world-famous Mullins Beach. As you pull into the parking area, a small yet private garden with potted plants and hedging welcomes you onto the property. The on-property private parking can park 2 cars.

As you enter, you can turn to your right into the house- or on your left, you have an open reading nook/barbecue area with sea views and private beach access to Mullins Beach via an enclosed private staircase. This area then opens up onto the large sundeck facing the Caribbean Sea and Mullins Beach with expansive views of the ocean. The sundeck is perfect for al-fresco dining, sunbathing and entertaining. From the sundeck, you can enter the open-plan living room and kitchen, fitted with a Smart TV and a comfortable expendable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need for a perfect stay, regardless of the duration. A home away from home. From the living room, you can access the guest bedroom with an en-suite shower room which is situated on the ground floor. The room has built-in wardrobes and a lovely antique dressing table and chair. Following the wooden staircase to the top floor, you will find the Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The master features a large balcony with expansive sea views and is very airy, bright, and spacious. The room features large built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage, a double dressing table unit with mirrors, and a desk that can be used for work or study.

The property also features an adjacent service room/housekeeper's quarters fitted with a washing machine, a drier, and a shower. Right across the road from Purple Rain, there is a petrol station with a fully stocked convenience store.​ A 5-minute walk away up the road you will find BOMBAS Restaurant, a lovely little local spot serving local cuisine, a beach bar serving drinks and breakfast, and an authentic Chinese restaurant.
